Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or using the jilig platform. By accessing jilig, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Access to jilig is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and older under PAGCOR regulations applicable to the Philippines.
jilig operates under PAGCOR authorization. Philippine law governs this agreement and all disputes arising from use of the jilig platform.
Each player may hold only one jilig account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilig ("jilig", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilig website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services available at jilig.one (collectively, the "Services").
By registering a jilig account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jilig, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jilig platform and close your account.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with jilig's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilig.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use jilig. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced.
To be eligible to use jilig, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
jilig reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.
Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access jilig will have their account permanently terminated and any winnings or balances may be forfeited, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to jilig.
Each individual may register only one (1) jilig account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilig employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multi-accounting is confirmed, jilig reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jilig account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jilig will never ask you for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or social media. You must notify jilig immediately via the official support channels if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jilig accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your login credentials secure, including but not limited to sharing your password with third parties or using the same password across multiple online services.
Your jilig account must be registered using a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, OTP delivery, and security alerts. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification and are subject to a security review period.
jilig accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
Deposits are generally credited to your jilig wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to payment processor processing times. jilig is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, Philippine telco network issues, or banking system maintenance windows.

All amounts displayed in the jilig wallet, game interfaces, and transaction history are in Philippine Peso unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All games available on jilig use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment operated by professional dealers under studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of jilig's commercial interests and cannot be manipulated by the platform.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the individual game information panels within the jilig lobby. jilig does not guarantee that any player will achieve results consistent with the published theoretical RTP during any given gaming session. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jilig will endeavor to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. jilig's decision regarding technical disputes is final, subject to the player's right to escalate to PAGCOR.
Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in jilig's platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. jilig reserves the right to void any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors and to suspend the accounts of players who engage in such conduct.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and in the applicable promotion documentation. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilig and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
jilig reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, pending balances may be forfeited, and jilig may refer the matter to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
All content on the jilig platform — including but not limited to the jilig brand, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilig or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilig platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jilig content without prior written authorisation from jilig.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilig's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the jilig platform, or any game or transaction conducted thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
jilig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the jilig platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if jilig has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilig does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jilig takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure platform uptime and security, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
jilig collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using jilig, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilig may share your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law. jilig implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. A full description of jilig's data practices is set out in the Privacy Policy, available at jilig.one/privacy-policy.
jilig may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination due to a breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or self-exclusion, any balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
These Terms and all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of jilig shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute between you and jilig that cannot be resolved through jilig's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms of PAGCOR where regulatory matters are concerned. Players are encouraged to contact jilig support before escalating any dispute.
jilig reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilig will provide reasonable notice via the platform — through a notification banner, email to the registered account address, or an in-app message. Your continued use of jilig after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using jilig and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
